The Menu is divided into nine sections. It
starts with breakfast and ends with Tex-Mex and side dishes. The sides are priced to go because so many people asked to take for orders to take home. The sides are priced by volume and weight for the best value.
All our food is made from scratch to keep the highest quality and authenticity possible.
Even our ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise is made from scratch weekly to offer guests the healthiest food we can. No MSG, lowest sodium and sugars, minimal gluten products and the fewest possible preservatives. We try constantly to find the freshest and most organic produce around sometimes buying from multiple sources. Our meat is brought in from Montana as sides and butchered in house to keep the process as sanitary and free from additives as you would expect in high quality meats. No red dye, no nitrates, no BHT, no humectant, no modified food starch, no phosphates, no sodium nitrite, erythorbate or caseinate. Just pure meat!
Our cooking standards are just as high. We never work with produce, meat and poultry in the same areas. We sear meat to hold flavor and get the desired maillard reaction for more tenderness but we do not char the meat causing carcinogen effects to the meat.
