All of our meat is hand cut on premises. Steaks are dry aged 15 to 40 days. We recommend steaks be MR, M or MW.

Steaks are "rested" 5 minutes after cooking.

Chicken Fried Steak - 8 oz. of steak hand             12

     tenderized, breaded & fried to perfection.

Prime Rib - flavorful cut either  10 oz.                     20

     or 15 oz. Comes with it's own au jus.                  25

Strip Steak - part of the porterhouse                       24

Ribeye Steak - the most flavorful of steaks.            28
